Processed foods. If we continue eating processed foods not only will we deprive our body from healthy food sources, but it will also affect its correct functioning.
Toxins. These toxins can come from various sources like the environment and certain personal care products.
Lack of a proper diet. It is important to eat raw food and make natural choices in our diet. Vegetarians may find a lack of vitamin B12 in their diets, so proper supplementation is key in those cases. In some parts of the World malnutrition problems are more common and can lead to the development of Vitamin B deficiency in children.

The first thing a doctor must do to treat a Vitamin B deficiency, is determine the type of vitamin B deficiency you are having. It can be a deficiency of Vitamin B1 (Thiamine deficiency), B2 (Riboflavin deficiency), B3 (Pyridoxine deficiency), B6 or B12. Upon that further action will be required.
